The villa is located in the greater area of Parikia, only 600 meters distance from the village and all facilities ..
The house is sharing with another villa a plot of land 9.000, and it is on an elevated plot of land, so this way it commands an excellent view over the village , the bay of Parikia, and the Aegean sea (1 km).

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a double and single bed), 2 bathrooms, big living room (with 2 more sofa beds), fully equipped kitchen, and big covered veranda with nice view.(7 to 9 persons can be accommodated).

Is an ideal solution for people wanting to be near the village , all the activities, and at the same time have their privacy and comfort. There is plenty of space and garden around the house for children to play.

Rates vary from 70 to 180 e/day
