EUROPCAR - GENERAL CONDITIONS

SPECIAL OFFERS: For 7 days and more rentals.

W/K IS 3 DAYS RENTAL FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY.

SPECIAL OFFERS ARE VALID ONLY FROM SUNDAY TO FRIDAY.

TAXES: All rates are subject to 13% V.A.T

ALL RATES ARE IN EUROS

RATES INCLUDE: Maintenance, oil, greasing and road maps.

MINIMUM RENTAL: One day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated 1/5 of the daily rate.

RENTER´S AGE: Minimum 23 years.

DRIVING LICENCE: A valid driving licence from the country of residence or an international driving permit is required. Renters must have held the licence for at least one year.

INSURANCE: Rental rates include third party liability coverage.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: The renter will not be obligated to pay and damages to the vehicle should they arise if this form of insurance has been taken (only the excess amount applies). Charge is as follows: 10 Euros daily, for category A, B, C, for categories D, G, F 12 Euros daily, for categories N, E, L 14 Euros daily.

GASOLINE: Fuel expenses are at renter's expense.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION: Free of charge to Airports, harbours and hotels.

EXTRA EQUIPMENT: Luggage racks and baby seats (upon request).

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines are at the renter´s responsibility.

FERRYING THE CAR: Cars cannot be ferried without the advance written authorization of the renting station.

TERMS AND RATES: Subject to change without prior notice. Rates in force on commencement of hire will apply.

The special offers are not valid for Easter, for Holly Spirit weekend and for the High Season.
