CYCLADES CAR RENTAL - General Conditions

RATES INCLUDE: maintenance, oil, greasing and road maps.

MINIMUM RENTAL: One (1) day (24) hours. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

RENTER'S AGE: minimum 23 years.

DRIVING LICENSE: renters must held a driving license for at least one year.

TRAFFIC FINES: all traffic fines, as well as fines for any violation of the Greek Penal Code, goes to the renter's account.

INSURANCE: rental rates include third party liability coverage.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: the renter will not be obliged to pay any damages to the vehicle should they arise, if this form of insurance has been taken. (only the excess amount applies). Charge is as follows: € 8 daily, for A and € 10 daily, for the categories A1, B1, C, D. The renter is liable for the full repair of damages caused by any violation of the provisions of the Greek Driving Code, as well as for damages to the underside of the car or the wheels and tires.

GASOLINE: fuel expenses are at renter's charge.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION OF CARS: free of charge to airports, harbours and hotels.

TAXES: all rates are subject to 13 % V.A.T.

FERRYING THE CAR: cars cannot be ferried without the advance written authorization of the renting station.

EXTRA EQUIPMENT: luggage racks or baby seats (upon request).

TERMS AND RATES: subject to change without prior notice, with the sanction of the Greek National Organisation are on the renter's responsibility.
